Wiping and Re-enrolling your iPad
Please note that your student’s iPad must be connected to wifi in order to receive the “Wipe Command” that was sent remotely.
Once this command has been received, the device will be wiped and you will be ready to go through the steps below.
Steps to re-enroll your student’s iPad
If the device is not already powered on, press and hold the top button until the device powers on.
Once it starts up, you will see the “Welcome” screen to begin the process.
Select your country
Tap “Set Up Manually”
Connect to your home wifi.
It will tell you it is activating the iPad. This may take several minutes.
You will see a screen called “Remote Management.” Tap “next” in the top right.
After that, they will see a location services screen. Please click enable.
You will now be at the “Welcome to iPad” screen
You should now be able to use your iPad.
You may not immediately have access to all of the academic applications. These will be pushed back out to your device before school starts.
